Photo: Collected Star Digital Report Star Digital Report A man was beaten to death in a clash between two groups in Patgram upazila of Lalmonirhat last night. The deceased is Shaheen Mia (36), of Baniatari village in Patgram municipality. According to locals and police, Abdul Quader, who works for Bulu Mia as an agent, demanded Tk 50,000 from him after selling a land to another person.  When Bulu Mia denied to give the money to Quader, a clash ensued between their followers last night. During the clash, Quader s brother Shaheen Mia was beaten indiscriminately and died on the way to Patgram Upazila Health Complex, locals said.
