The "Best of Cruise" at last week s Carson City Thursday Night Cruise at Wingstop on South Carson Street went to Ray with his 1940 Ford Deluxe 4 door sedan. Organizers note there were 85 cars and trucks participating in the June 27, 2019 vehicle cruise.
