Ma nel frattempo è arrivato il vincolo su 1600 ettari, dal Bullicame a San Sisto da parte della Sovrintendenza, di fatto rendendo incompatibile la realizzazione dell’opera, seppure dimagrita in alcune parti, come la parte residenziale.
