Berlin - Jeder dritte Mensch in Deutschland hat nach einer Studie des Robert Koch-Instituts (RKI) einen zu hohen Blutdruck. Bei einigen Menschen mit einem sehr ausgeprägten Risikoprofil ist der Nachweis eines hohen Blutdruckes besonders wichtig.
Das können etwa erhöhte Cholesterinwerte, Zuckerkrankheit oder Herzerkrankungen in der Familie sein. Bei diesen Patienten kann eine 24 Stunden Blutdruckmessung erforderlich werden.
