Bulacan s Singkaban fest returns after 2 years

Governor Daniel Fernando, in his message, thanked God Almighty as the Bulakenyos celebrated the event dubbed the "mother of all the fiestas". He invited all Bulakenyos as well as local and international tourists to come and witness the weeklong celebration of the festival that will center on the rich arts and culture of the province's 21 towns and three cities.
