The money is designated for storms, Straight Line winds and flooding that happened between august 23rd and 27th. Fema will continue to see if additional designations will be added to this declaration. Within the next hour, the city will allow people who live or work in the evacuation zone from flood 2016 to get back within that area. But the flood evacuation zone wont open for the general public until 7 am tomorrow.
