ELLSWORTH — The Ellsworth School Board approved the implementation of the Department of Education’s BARR grant for Ellsworth Elementary-Middle School at its meeting on Aug. 8.
Eighty-seven schools, or approximately 15 percent of all Maine public schools, have already signed up to implement the BARR model starting in the upcoming fall.
