They determined at least 100 vehicles were possibly involved in the sideshow activity. Chp got the call at 3 17 a. M. Four individuals were detained uh, two of them which were cited, for aiding and abetting in the sideshow activity. Those two individuals were determined to be juveniles and the other two, persons who were detained were arrested at the scene. Sideshow activity kicked off the night at 11 p. M.
