Dec 10, 2020 William J. Brudz, 73, of Jamestown, N.Y., passed away at 10:55 a.m. Monday, Dec. 7, 2020, in his home. He was born July 30, 1947, in Buffalo, N.Y., a son of the late John J. and Lucy E. Herko Brudz. Bill was a graduate of Bishop Ryan High School and attended Niagara University. Before his retirement, he had worked for the Jamestown YMCA for several years and was well liked by those who knew him. He will be remembered for his green thumb and for being an avid gardener and horticulturist and for his love of animals. Surviving are his siblings; Eugene Brudz of Buffalo, N.Y., Marylou (Gene) Rozycki of Depew, N.Y., Christine Clark of Buffalo, N.Y., and Theresa (Daniel) Rees of Upland Calif.; as well as several nieces and nephews.
