No the suspect is charged with four counts of murder including a kill from last week and two counts after tempted murder. More now from Fresno Police chief. A total of 16 rounds were fired according to our gunshot detection system and all of those occur in approximately a minute to minute and half. As a result we know we had three people shot and killed and one person shot at in less than a two minute time frame in the city of fresno.
