Melvin Dejesus-Martinez, 44, of Windham was charge.

Groton ― Town police on Monday identified the victim in Saturday’s fatal head-on crash as 40-year-old Charles R. Vandermark of Groton.
The crash occurred at 10:18 a.m. on Saturday in the area of 149 .
