The Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF) will be back with its 17th edition in a hybrid format.The fest, which showcases documentaries, short fiction and animation films, will start from May 29 with the inaugural ceremony at Nehru Centre .
Originally hailing from Kolkata, Sudeep Chatterjee, an Indian cinematographer, got his training at the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. His recent work Gangubai Kathiawadi has just entered the Rs. 100 crore club. After the success of Gangubai Kathiawadi, where he was successful in bringing the old magic of Mumbai and its underbelly back on screen for today’s generation.
