Mayor de blasio said the outbreak has been contained but five more buildings tested positive yesterday. The number of cases is 108. There hasnt been a new case in five days but the risk still remains in the bronx. Ilana gold has more from the melrose section of the bronx. The bronx county hall of justice is one of the buildings that just tested positive for the bacteria. But it is possible even more can be affected.
