At least 2 dead in residential fire near Kingman
At least two people died in a fire at a home Tuesday night near Kingman, according to sheriff s officials.
Fire crews and Mohave County sheriff s deputies responded to the fire about 10 p.m. at a residence in the area of Buckboard Drive and Route 66, near Kingman, the sheriff s department posted on Facebook.
After putting out the fire, the remains of at least two people were found inside, according to the social media post.
Mohave County sheriff s detectives and Kingman fire investigators are conducting an investigation. The victims identities and the cause of the fire are unknown, officials said.
