Montrel Burley, arrested in the fatal shooting of rapper BTB Savage, was affiliated with the same gang as a man killed in the rapper s home, police said.
Prior to surrendering to police and being charged with murder, Montrel Lenard Burley was arrested one day after the deadly shooting for narcotics possession, but was released.
