EAST LIVERPOOL In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Brycen M. Douglas, of Clark Avenue in Wellsville, was set March 17 for a jury trial on an assault charge. He is set March 9 for a status hearing on this case.
Andre L. Owens Sr., of Warren, was sentenced to $250 plus costs on a disorderly conduct, which was reduced from a drug paraphernalia, charge. A review hearing was set for Feb. 12.
Thomas W. Martin, of Boring Lane, was sentenced to $450 plus costs on charges of reckless operation, reduced from an OVI charge; expired license and expired plates. A review hearing is set for Jan. 19.
