The city of boston which has worked to hard to overcome the scars of the marathon bombing, the worst act of domestic terrorism since 9 11, is tonight preparing for a tough time all over again. The accused marathon bomber, the surviving brother of the two original suspects, is about to go on trial with the Death Penalty hanging in the balance and with security as tight as anyone there can remember as it got underway today. And the trial now getting underway will be a long one. But some people here say they just want it to be over. Police scouring new york city for two male suspects who allegedly shot two plainclothes nypd officers overnight. Surveillance video shows one of the suspects at a shop window and turning and a the suspect fire as gun. The officers responding to a robbery at a Grocery Store in the bronx near the end of their shift. As two of the officers approached the male. The other suspect inside the store came out and fired on the officers. The officers returned fire and during the exchange two anticrime officers was wounded. One of the ostsers, a 30yearold male is in critical but stable condition after suffering gunshot wounds to his arm and lower back.
