Mike Parson visited Monett Thursday to announce the addition of 82 jobs that will come with the expansion of the Playpower facility in Monett. Contributed photo 82 additional jobs to be created with $2 million investment PlayPower Inc., a leading global manufacturer of outdoor recreational products, has announced plans to expand its facility in Monett. This expansion represents an investment of more than $2 million and is expected to create 82 new jobs in the area.  “PlayPower’s expansion in Monett is exciting news for Missouri,” Gov. Mike Parson said. “This is a great opportunity for our citizens and economy, and we look forward to PlayPower’s continued success.”
