post-dobbs midterm elections, the idea of a national ban would seem to be very unpopular with american voters. how should democrats be fighting back, michael? it s an interesting question. i think that there are two important ways to look at this. this is clearly another case of government overreach, which i would presume many on the right would have an issue with, as it relates to government infringing on the rights of an individual to decide what to do with their body. to answer your question, the question of abortion rights did help democrats win in the midterms, and bring it up again on the republican side will be incredibly, incredibly stupid. and so, democrats should drive home the idea that women s rights are important, and we should not allow government figures in suits, in ohio or washington, or anywhere else, to tell him what to do with their bodies. and so, democrats, if they re smart, will write that into victory in the presidential election. michael hardaway and ryan w
