The survivor of the fatal shooting of two teenagers in Cocoa by a Brevard County sheriff s deputy in November was arrested earler this week and faces multiple drug charges.
Jaquan Kimbrough-Rucker, 20, stood in front of Judge Kelly Ingram on video from the Brevard County Jail Friday answering to those charges.
He had been stopped Wednesday by members of the Gangs And Major Epidemic Of Violence Enforcement Response task force. The arrest is his second in as many months on similar charges.
