Construction of the new playground at Arnold City Park may be able to start on April 12, and depending on weather conditions, the playground may be completed by as early as mid-May or the end of May.
The Ozark Mobile Home Park filed a lawsuit on Dec. 22 against the city of Arnold claiming the Board of Adjustment illegally denied the owner’s request to replace three mobile homes in the park at 2464 Cedar Hill Lane.
