ENGLEWOOD, Colo. The Broncos are not done adding competition to the right tackle position.
Fleming, a 2014 fourth-round pick by the New England Patriots, has started 42 games during his seven-year NFL career. In 2020, during his lone season with the Giants, he started all 16 games at right tackle.
Before signing with the Giants, Fleming started six games over two years with the Cowboys and appeared in 28 total games.
During his four seasons in New England to start his career, Fleming started 20 games and appeared in 47.
A 6-foot-6, 320-pound player, Fleming should compete for the starting right tackle job that became open when the Broncos placed Ja Wuan James on the non-football injury list.

NFL Network s Tom Pelissero said the Broncos agreed to terms Tuesday (May 11) with Pope on an undisclosed contract, pending a physical.
As many of you know, I’m not a stat guy per se.
But I do like looking at stats that help clarify my thoughts on my team and lend perspective to why I have the opinions I do that I share with Broncos Country.
To lead off the NFL news today I linked two great articles from over at footballoutsiders.com (who I’ve been a big fan of for years).
Opinion #1: the Broncos offense is too passive
Looking at the aggressiveness index stats we get to see that many of us share this opinion because plainly Vic Fangio is not aggressive at all in his decision making for the team.
Copied!
The Broncos have been in search of depth in the trenches after losing a projected starter last week. Help might be just around the corner.
Denver is signing young offensive tackle Ryan Pope following a Tuesday tryout, NFL Network s Tom Pelissero reported. Pope spent last year with the Packers but did not appear in a game. He still need to pass a physical, Pelissero added.
The Broncos also plan to work out veteran tackles Dennis Kelly, Cameron Fleming and Bobby Massie on Wednesday. They re looking for reinforcements in the wake of Ja Wuan James suffering a torn Achilles a week ago, which created a void at right tackle opposite Garett Bolles.
