The St. Charles Singers’ season finale concerts April 20-21 will mark the start of the internationally recognized chamber choir’s 40th anniversary celebration with a program featuring songs about.

The St. Charles Singers, led by founder Jeffrey Hunt, has announced its 2023-24 season featuring world premieres of newly commissioned works from Andrew Wainwright and John Rutter, a guest appearance by the Millar Brass Ensemble, and joint performances with six high school choirs.
The St. Charles Singers, led by founder and music director Jeffrey Hunt, will conclude its decade-long "Mozart Journey" project with concerts on Aug. 27-28 in St. Charles, Illinois, featuring two of his most beloved sacred choral works, a famous opera aria, and a dramatic early symphony.
The final concert in St. Charles Singers' 12-year, 17-concert Mozart Journey will include the composer's Requiem, as well as Ave Verum Corpus, Symphony 25 and the aria Non piu di fiori from La Clemenza di Tito. <br/><br/>The Mozart Journey project was launched for the choir to perform and record the entire known genre of Mozart's sacred compositions, including many rarely heard works. The choir will be joined by Metropolis Chamber Orchestra, which has worked with the group throughout the project. <br/><br/>Soloists for the concert include Michelle Areyzaga, Margaret Fox, Bryan Kunstman, and Jess Koehn.
