I dont disagree. Actually the number could be 60 , it could be 85 . To could be more. Technological innovation is expanding that. There was junk spectrum years ago which is now prime spectrum. But the federal government can and must do more to relinquish spectrum for auction for diss exclusive use licenses for exclusive use licenses. Let me ask then a followup question. Are any of you aware of any reliable assessment of the value of all of the spectrum that is controlled by the government . And if not, can you imagine any sensible process for valuing it .
