JACKSON COUNTY, MI – A woman suffered minor injuries from a shooting early Tuesday in Summit Township, police said.
The woman was injured when a bullet was shot into a home in the 100 block of Hollis Street at 12:01 a.m. Jan. 26, Jackson County Undersheriff Chris Simpson said.
The woman refused medical treatment, Simpson said.
Deputies found shell casings in the road, Simpson said, adding that police believe suspects in a dark-colored sedan were involved with the shooting.
