candlelight vigil was held. it s also where our lloyd lacuesta is with the report. reporter: this boy was abducted from his home. today the cul-de-sac is crowded with the news media as well as his grandmother inside that house praying that juliani will come home safely. 100 people gathered tonight to light candles and pray for the boy. his mother and grandmother stood side by side with tears streaming down their faces. praying and hoping. i just want to say that i hope juliani is safe and he s warm where ever he s at. and i hope he comes home soon. because i don t believe jose is going to hurt him. reporter: a statewide hunt is on the way for jose rodriguez. the family says he showed up at the house yesterday and forcibly took julani. the boy is not his bilogical son. but rodriguez had helped raise him since he was eight months old. i think because he thought i was never going to let him see him. he figured he wanted to spend time with juliani but he went about it all
