Thousands of people are still in the dark from last nights powerful storm. People in new jersey woke up to trees down and large branches outside their homes. One man still has a dead tree in his bedroom. In the bronx, the roof of a vacant home flew into the driveway and the street. And the winds also caused problems at a construction site in brooklyn. People are being pulled out by Police Officers now and being slowly walked out. I have to say this is being this seems to be orderly from my Vantage Point now, although of course it is very loud. Many people still chant, protesting. I see one woman as shes being arrested right now. Just putting her fists in the air, something that these protesters have been doing. When i talked to the organizers before this, they told me their intention was to be as civil as possible, and does seem that its pretty orderly now. But certainly these women and the majority of this group are women, want to make very pointed political statement here today in this complex. Right. Hoping that many lawmakers can see them.
