Rimba Star FC got a boost after acquiring a new van through a COVID-19 Solidarity Fund made available by the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD). The official van launch was held at the NFABD House in Berakas yesterday.
The new van is expected to accommodate under 15s and under 18s players, and ease transportation of equipment.
NFABD President Pengiran Haji Matusin bin Pengiran Haji Matasan congratulated Rimba Star for investing in the vehicle for the greater benefit of the club.
FIFA has provided financial assistance to associations under the world governing body in extending the COVID Solidarity Fund, which is distributed to NFABD members including Rimba Star.
