Mangaluru: The state government had announced a 50% waiver on property tax to be paid by hotels, resorts, restaurants, and amusement parks for 2021–22.
The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday stayed the public notice issued by the Assistant Commissioner (Election), Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike by which it had restrained any hotels from distributing.
