Formally redevelopment land gets the agreements that we had that the state has in their infinite wisdom decided to honor and keep in fact, i think we are one of the few redevelopment agencies in the state of california, particularly the governor had appreciated the way we conduct ourselves in all of the redevelopment agencies decisions. Something i know he realized that because we have a lot of things we are doing and doing it correctly. Its also thankful because this project continues to contribute signature amounts of money to the Transit Center and that center is going to again be the Grand Central of the west.
