"Brown’s election would elevate a woman onto what has been an all-male board."
Ready or not, election season is upon us. For the Sentinel Editorial Board, that means extended interview sessions with candidates for local offices, along with public officials’ advocating for new taxes, or advocates for and against a Santa Cruz measure that could constrain future housing development.
