You can hear the sense of alarm and fear as people rushed the exits at the garlic festival. This is around 5 40 yesterday. This was the third they of the garlic festival as the event was winding down. Three people were shot and killed. 12 others injured. The officers confronted the gunman within minutes of the shooting, the gunman was shot and killed, police dont have information on a motive for the shooting or the type of weapon used and the gunmans identity has not been released but belief the gunman got in by using a tool to cut through a back fence on the north side of Christmas Hill park. The main entrance has metal detectors and security. Witnesses reported a second suspect involved with the gunman. We believe they saw witness statement there is was a second individual involved in some way. We just dont know what way.
