According to WBNG-TV, investigators say 47-year-old Bruce Biggs shot a man several times in Manhattan on Sunday, then fled the area. Authorities say Biggs is armed and dangerous. The alleged victim remains in critical condition. Law enforcement continues searching for Biggs,  who they say will fight with officers if caught.
