Owners of 41 Anzac Ave and 37 Hinley Ave, Gregory and Robyn Biggs, have given consent to the application for the proposed residential development. The proposal involves the construction of eight residential townhouses on the 1230 sqm site, currently occupied by the two homes. The application stated it would feature eight units, with six two-bedroom and two three-bedroom. The units will be broken into two buildings with each containing three two-bedroom units and one three-bedroom units. The building will be separated by two visitor car spaces, as well as another parking space and room for bike and motorcycle parks. Each unit is proposed to have a private open space area in excess of 20 sqm with a minimum dimension of 3.5m or greater.
