Two persons of interest sought in Frenchtown Twp. shooting and last updated 2021-02-05 13:46:03-05 (WXYZ) — The Monroe County Sheriff s Department is asking for the public s help to locate two persons of interest in a Frenchtown Township shooting. According to the sheriff s office, the shooting on Feb. 1 left two teenage girls injured, one critically. Officials say they were called to the area of Stewart Rd. and Telegraph Rd. around 10:15 p.m. on report of a shooting. According to officials, the victims vehicle was going east on Stewart Rd. when a small dark car pulled next to them. A man got out of the other car and opened fire on the vehicle.
