Elmer “Lewis” Hollar, 81 of Cambridge Elmer “Lewis” Hollar, 81 of Cambridge, passed away in his home on Brown Cottage at the Cambridge Developmental Center on Thursday, December 17, 2020 surround by his CaDC family. He was born in Hebron, Ohio to Glen and Bertha Hollar on June 10, 1938. Elmer lived at home until the age of 9 where he was at prior placements before finding his home at the Cambridge Developmental Center in 1990. Elmer immediately became part of our extended family. Elmer enjoyed Country Music, riding in vehicles, watching tv, stuffed animals, swimming, and preferred staff. He enjoyed spending time with his direct care staff Anita. Elmer was well-loved and considered Brown Cottage to be his home. He will be missed by all who knew him, and his memory will be cherished.
