Kildare houses selling faster with price rise of 1.8% and low supply across the county

The price of the average second-hand three-bed semi in county Kildare has increased by 1.8% to €290,000 in the last twelve months, according to a national survey by Real Estate Alliance.
Across the county, the average time taken to sell has reflected a national trend and fallen to four weeks from five between December and March, the Q1 REA Average House Price Index shows. This covers the months of January, February and March.
Prices across the county were unchanged over the first three months of the year with the average price in Maynooth steady at €315,000, average Celbridge prices at €310,000, Naas prices currently averaging at €290,000, and prices in Newbridge remaining at €245,000.
