Cassie Evlyn Mithaugen, 41, of Belgrade, died as the result of a fatal crash reported Monday morning in Stearns County. An unidentified 3-year-old female passenger in Mithaugen's vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The deceased male found in Brooten on Thursday, Nov. 23, has been identified as 58-year-old Brian William Brockopp, of Brooten, according to Chief Casey Jansky.
