Glenwood woman pays $45,000 in restitution, to serve 5 years of probation for swindling Brooten Commercial Club

Jana Mae Zenner, 39, of Glenwood, was given five years probation and a stayed 27-month prison sentence when she appeared before Judge Nathaniel Welte in St. Cloud on a Stearns County charge of felony theft by swindle and pleaded guilty.

Glenwood woman pleads guilty Monday to stealing from Brooten Commercial Club in second swindling case against her Jana Mae Zenner, 38, appeared before Judge Nathaniel Welte in St. Cloud on a Stearns County charge of felony theft by swindle and pleaded guilty. She is required to cooperate with a presentence investigation ordered by Welte.
