Endicott Blight Fight: From Demolition to Hydroseeding
Workers from Gorick Construction were back in an Endicott neighborhood where an abandoned building was demolished nearly three weeks ago.
The old apartment house and a dilapidated garage at the property at 108 Roosevelt Avenue were torn down on May 7.
The demolition debris was hauled away from the site. A crew returned Thursday to hydroseed the now-vacant lot.

The Broome County Land Bank acquired the property in February. If the agency is unable to find a buyer for the site, the land might remain a greenspace.
