Fatal fire: Lisle woman, 71, dies in mobile home blaze

A Lisle woman died early Thursday after a fire erupted at her mobile home. Broome County Sheriff s Office said deputies responded to 559 Caldwell Hill Road at 12:05 a.m. Thursday following reports of a fire at a residence there. Several local fire departments responded to the battle the fire at the mobile home. Once the fire was knocked down, firefighters found 71-year-old Sharon Humiston inside.  Investigators said Humiston died by asphyxiation due to carbon monoxide inhalation.
