The father of a young woman killed in a car accident three days after her son turned one has urged drivers to pay attention, after January s road toll climbed to its highest in a decade.

Flint fatal crash Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Squad are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Flint last night, Thursday 28 February 2021.
Sometime between 10pm and 11.15pm, a woman was driving a green Ford Falcon sedan along the Brookton Highway when near Watershed Road, the vehicle left the road and struck several trees.
The vehicle caught fire, starting a bushfire. Department of Fire and Emergency Services attended and extinguished the fires.
The driver and sole occupant, a 53-year-old woman died at the scene.
