A Dallas investor has agreed to make a huge apartment purchase its second major acquisition in Northeast Dallas.
WindMass Capital has contracted to purchase almost 1,500 rental units in the Brooklyn apartments on Forest Lane near LBJ Freeway.
The big apartment acquisition is planned in the same area where WindMass Capital snapped up more than 1,600 rental units in 2020. “The acquisition includes a multimillion-dollar renovation plan, and we are excited to work alongside the city again to create a better and safer environment for the community,” WindMass Capital’s Madison Rust said in an email.
