Malicious damage at Warren Field: At 7:38 p.m., a caller complained three people were riding dirt bikes on a playing field, tearing it up in the process. The riders in question were gone upon police arrival.
Tuesday, April 27
Attempted break-in on Commonwealth Avenue: At 6:02 a.m., the security alarm went off at Boston House of Pizza. Police responded and found at the scene a young man, who refused to give his name and repeatedly asked where he could find money and lighters. Police arrested one juvenile.
Turkey complaint on St. Paul Street: At 9:45 a.m., a caller complained that a turkey had been loitering outside his building for more than 15 minutes, despite the caller’s multiple attempts to move the turkey along. Police rendered assistance.
