From The Tribune staff reports TRUSSVILLE – The Trussville Rotary Daybreak Club has announced their Don Haisten Student of the Month (SOM) and Teacher of the Month (TOM) for September. Layne Rutledge is a junior at Hewitt-Trussville High School. Layne plays varsity volleyball, is a member of the National Honor Society, Peer Partners, and the
