Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are quarantining after a possible COVID-19 exposure. According to a post on Brooks’ Facebook page on Thursday (Feb. 11), Due to someone on their team testing positive for Covid-19 and out of an abundance of caution, Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are canceling everything and testing and quarantining for two weeks.
In an audio statement released by Brooks, the singer explained, Before you do any major television, they have you do pre-tests for Covid, then they have you do the final test. On the pre-test, our small little group all tested negative. On the final test, one of the people that were in our little group tested positive. And, so, they did a second test – that came back positive. So we decided just not to risk anything.
