this morning, the washington post and variety are reporting new sexual allegations against longtime nbc news anchor tom brokaw. telling variety that brokaw, quote, tried to kiss her on two separate occasions. mr. brokaw denies the accusations and told nbc, quote, i met with linda vester on two occasions, both at her request, 23 years ago, because she wanted advice with respect to her career at nbc. meetings were brief cordial and appropriate. i made no romantic overtures towards her at that time or any other. a second unnamed woman said brokaw acted inappropriate towards her in the 1990s as well. brokaw says no such incident happened. a spokesman for nbc news declined to comment on the brokaw allegations. and bill cosby wakes up today facing 30 years behind
