Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub’s new 388,400-square-foot import distribution facility marks the park’s first million square feet of completed industrial operations. Serviced by OmniTRAX managed rail services, SGIH provides its tenants rail service from CSX and Norfolk Southern.
The Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub (SGIH), a Broe Group property, has opened a new 388,400-square-foot import distribution space to serve the industrial park’s second tenant.
The facility, operated by Ryder Logistics on behalf of a major consumer products brand, joins A&R Logistics’ new rail-served export operations in the park’s first million square feet of industrial operations. Two additional speculative facilities are currently under construction to meet demand at the Port of Savannah.
