Tyler Shelvin was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the fourth round of this year’s NFL Draft. But it appeared he would go much earlier just a year ago.
The Athletic’s Brody Miller wrote a piece on Shelvin’s journey and the story behind his stock being lowered. In researching that story, Miller came across a story about none other than New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.

BATON ROUGE, La. (KLKN) LSU is expected to part ways with defensive coordinator Bo Pelini, according to multiple reports.

The former Huskers’ head coach helped coach LSU to its previous national title in 2007 and his return was highly anticipated. He is guaranteed the remaining income of his three-year contract, which puts his buyout at around $5.2 million. This will take up most of the limited budget Coach Ed Orgeron already has to restructure his staff. Because of the pandemic, LSU Athletics expects to lose $80 million in revenue this year.
