If you dont drive them, you are seeing more and more around you on the road. Last year more electric and hybrid vehicles were registered in the u. S. Here in california the number is also rising, almost quadrupling since 2016. When these vehicles catch fire they burn hotter and longer thanks to the lithiumion batteries that power them. As our National Correspondent reports, some firefighters need more training just to keep you safe.
